• NH updated face-mask recommendation February 28 and no longer recommend universal face-masks for people in indoor, public locations, unless a person’s required to wear a face-mask for their specific situation. You have a right to choose. If you wear a mask we are too. (We have Masks available if you need one.)
• No-contact guest payment is available, apple pay, credit card, or purchase an online gift certificate prior to your visit is available.
• H2O staff are washing hands before and after each guest.
• H2O Staff are disinfecting all surfaces before and after each Guest: wiping down stylist stations, styling implements, stylist chairs, shampoo bowls, shampoo chairs and shampoo hoses with disinfectant before and after each guest.
• We have removed magazines.
• We will be updating this list according to any new information from the governor, and the State Board of Cosmetology.

To help clients and staff feel safe, we’ve made a new service routine that accounts form the time a guest steps into the salon until they leave. We all have families, and we want everyone to stay healthy. Updated CDC Isolation Recommendation. If you have traveled in the past 5 days: Internationally (outside the U.S.), By cruise ship, or Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.) or If you have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Isolate for 5 days, and be symptom free for 72 hours before visiting us. If a guest has signs or symptoms of being sick, we reserve the right not to service that guest and to reschedule for a later date.

NEW YORK CITY– H2O Salon Spa goes the distance with a culture of education. Stylists recently returned from Bumble & bumble University in Manhattan, where they learned the latest skills and techniques.

Bianca and Tyler spent four days in New York City learning the latest hair fashions, techniques, and trends. Bumble and bumble University in New York is touted as the “Harvard of hair,” and is renowned for teaching stylists to be the best they can be.

Bianca has taken higher education classes at Bb University before, but for Tyler this was a first–including his first time in Manhattan.

“Bb University was amazing,” Tyler said. The educators are very humble so you can focus on learning, and not trying to impress them.

“Like the H2O Salon Spa culture, they really want you to be the best you can be.”

Bianca has been to Bb University before and is always excited to return and learn the newest trends. “I love that as part of H2O’s ongoing development we are sent on education trips. It keeps my craft exciting and new.”

H2O Salon Spa Takes 1st Place in 3 Categories in NH A-List CityVoter Awards!

First Time a Business Has Swept All Categories!

GREATER MANCHESTER—H2O Salon Spa took top honors in the Best of New Hampshire’s 2017 A-List CityVoter competition in the Beauty and Wellness category for Best Hair Salon, and Best Day Spa. H2O also took the number-one spot for Wedding Hair and Make-Up.

More than 7,600 votes were cast in the NH A-List CityVoter (http://newhampshire.cityvoter.com/) competition. This was the first time a single business took first place in all of the categories in which it was nominated.

“All of us at H2O Salon Spa are very honored to have won,” owner Heather Owen, named a New Hampshire Magazine Woman of Achievement in 2007, said.

“In the past 10 years, we’ve earned several state and national awards. I believe it’s because of our philosophy of treating every client as a VIP, that we have a culture of ongoing education with experts in the field, and that we use and offer only the best, most natural hair and skin-care products in our salon.”
